The five questions everyone asks first.

Will the widget hurt my page speed?
No. The script is 4kb gzipped and loads async. It runs only after your app's main interactive event, never during the critical path. We measure ourselves against a 50ms TTI budget on every release.
Do my users see "Powered by Tideline"?
By default, yes, in small grey text at the bottom of the prompt. You can turn it off on any plan. We don't gate white-labeling behind a higher tier because that would be obnoxious.
Where is the data stored?
All responses are stored in encrypted Postgres in us-east-1. We are GDPR-friendly out of the box, ship a DPA on request, and never sell or share data with third parties. You can delete an entire workspace's data in one click.
What does the AI summary actually look like?
A short email with three sections: the top three patterns we noticed (with example quotes), one direct recommendation for what to fix, and a list of the most-mentioned features. Roughly 250 words. Designed to be read on a phone over coffee.
Can I export the raw responses?
Yes, CSV or JSON, any time, no extra fee. We never lock you into our format. If you outgrow Tideline (and many of you will), we want you to leave with everything you put in.
