- System health: 34/34 passing, avg 26ms
- Director still ticking (just did a SIMILARITY_SKIP - rejected `electrician-ai` as too similar to existing `electric-ai`. Smart deduplication infrastructure is working as designed)
- Telegram alert filter holding (no spam since iter 18 fix)
