## How I got here

There's a Facebook group I'm in for cleaning business owners, mostly Spanish-speaking operators in South Florida. Someone posted a thread about losing leads when customers text on WhatsApp and never get followed up. Another person dropped this link in the comments saying "I found this, not sure what to think." I clicked it from my phone during school pickup.

## What I clicked first

The line "Your customers are already on WhatsApp. Stop losing leads there." landed immediately because that is my exact life. I have 40-something open WhatsApp threads right now. Some are old leads I meant to reply to and didn't. The hero did its job. I kept reading.

## Where I paused

This section: "Honest disclosure: we don't have live customers on this idea yet. We shipped the strategy package; you ship the customer conversations."

I sat with that for a minute. I appreciated that they said it. I've seen enough landing pages that bury the problem in paragraph six. But I also needed to re-read what I was actually looking at. This isn't a product I can download today. It's more like... a business plan that someone is selling to me to then go build a business? I'm still not totally clear on that.

## What I distrusted

"Reduce no-shows by 40%." No citation, no context, no "based on industry benchmarks" or anything. That number is just floating there next to the Auto Reminders bullet. I've seen enough ads on Facebook to clock this immediately. Where is that number from?

Also the scoring system. "78/100 Adoptability," "pain intensity: 10/10," "buyer clarity: 10/10." Who is scoring this? The page says "The Wishdeal Factory scores every idea." So the company that is selling me this idea is also the one grading it? That's the studio grading its own homework. The "10/10 distribution ease" especially. Distribution is never a 10/10 for a cleaning business owner who has no technical background.

And then "financial upside: 1/10" is just sitting there in the Concerns section. That's a big thing to put in a concern and then not explain further. Year-1 take-home of negative $19,688? I had to read that three times. So this is expected to lose money for a year?

## What would convince me

A 3-minute screen recording of an actual cleaning company, salon, or HVAC shop using the Team Inbox feature in real time. Show me what the customer sees on their phone when they get the "One-Tap Booking" confirmation. Show me what the business owner's screen looks like when a new lead comes in. I don't need a case study PDF. I need to see someone actually using this to run their Tuesday.

Also: the $99-$199 tier says "working code starter." That phrase scares me. I don't know what to do with code. Who installs it? Is there a monthly fee after that? The pricing table does not answer either question.

## What I'd ask in an email reply

1. The $99 tier includes "working code starter" -- does that mean I need a developer to set this up, or is this something I can get running myself in an afternoon?
2. You say no live customers yet. Is there anyone who has purchased the dossier or the build package who I could talk to, even just to hear what they thought of the plan?
3. My whole customer base is on WhatsApp because they prefer it over email or SMS. Does this work with my existing WhatsApp Business number, or does setting up the "Team Inbox" mean starting a new number and losing my existing chat history?

## Verdict: on-the-fence

The problem they named is real and they named it cleanly, and the disclosure about having no live customers is the kind of honesty that keeps me from closing the tab. But I still do not fully understand what I am buying or whether someone like me can actually operate it without a technical co-founder.
