## VIDEO SCRIPT (~225 words spoken at a relaxed pace = 90 seconds)

---

### [0:00 - 0:14] THE PROBLEM

> "You have twelve people on your team, three different availability windows, two people who called out this week, and a schedule due by Friday. Most managers spend three to five hours on this -- every single week."

*On-screen: a messy spreadsheet with color-coded cells and a dozen overwrite marks.*

---

### [0:14 - 0:32] MEET THE PRODUCT

> "This is Shift AI. You paste in your team's availability -- plain text, no special format required -- tell it how many people you need per shift, and it builds a conflict-free weekly schedule in under thirty seconds."

*On-screen: the Shift AI input field, clean and minimal. A block of availability text is pasted in.*

---

### [0:32 - 1:00] THE WALKTHROUGH

> "Here is a real example. Ten team members, mixed availability, a packed Saturday, two back-to-back evening shifts I need covered."

> "I paste the availability in. I set my shift requirements. I hit Generate."

*On-screen: the Generate button click. A full seven-day schedule table animates in. A coverage summary row appears at the bottom of the table.*

> "Shift AI produces the full week -- every constraint honored, no double-booking, a coverage summary so I can spot gaps before they become a problem on Friday night."

*On-screen: cursor hovers over a gap indicator, a tooltip explains it.*

> "One click exports it to a shareable link or a printable PDF. Done."

*On-screen: the share button and the PDF export button. A clean printed schedule appears.*

---

### [1:00 - 1:18] THE CLOSE

> "No more spreadsheets. No more back-and-forth texts at nine PM asking who can cover Sunday."

> "Shift AI handles the logic so you can run your business."

*On-screen: calm product screenshot, brand wordmark centered.*

> "Free trial. No credit card. Set up your first schedule in under two minutes."

---

### [1:18 - 1:30] THE CTA

> "Link in the description."

*On-screen: URL bar showing shift-ai landing page. A single bold CTA button -- Start Free Trial.*

## PRODUCTION NOTES

- **0:32 - 1:00 is the money shot.** The paste-to-schedule transition needs to feel instant. If the real product has any load delay, cut to the result rather than showing the spinner.
- **Caption every frame.** This audience -- restaurant managers, salon owners, retail supervisors -- often watches video on mute during a shift.
- **Keep screen text large.** A viewer watching on a phone while standing at a counter will not squint to read small UI labels.
- **Background music:** Neutral, mid-tempo. No lo-fi coffee-shop cliches. Something that sounds like an organized kitchen.
- **No stock footage of smiling managers.** Show the actual product. Authenticity beats polish here.

1. "3 hours of scheduling. Done in 30 seconds."
2. "Stop building the schedule by hand."
3. "Your next week's schedule -- in 30 seconds."

All three work as static image thumbnails and as caption overlays on a freeze-frame of the schedule appearing.

## OBJECTION HANDLING ADDENDUM
*(For a follow-up 30-second cut or FAQ video)*

**"Does it handle split shifts?"**
> Yes. You tell Shift AI the shift windows you run and it respects them when assigning.

**"What if someone has a one-time conflict?"**
> Flag it in the availability text. Shift AI treats anything marked unavailable as a hard constraint.

**"Can I edit the schedule after it generates?"**
> Yes. The output is a table you can adjust before you export.

**"Does my team see it?"**
> Share the link and they can view it on any device. No app download required.
