## How I got here

Someone dropped this link in the SC Resellers Facebook group with just "anyone tried this?" and zero follow-up. Three people hearted it. Nobody replied. I bookmarked it, forgot it for a week, and came back to it this morning on my commute (I'm in the backseat of a Lyft, phone only). That's the context. I was not looking for this. I was not in buying mode. I was bored.

## What I clicked first

The headline "Turn Campaign Data Into Client Retention" is fine. Not exciting. Then I read "Flag accounts heading for cancellation 30 days early." That's the first thing that felt like a real product claim I could test. Churn is genuinely my problem. I lose a client, I lose $1,500-$3,000/month. So I kept reading.

## Where I paused

The honest disclosure section. "we don't have live customers on this idea yet." That stopped me cold because I had just read this three scrolls above it:

> "Results From Early Adopters: 33% Reduction in Churn Rate, 2.5x Average Revenue Per User, 45% Faster Upsell Close"

Those two things cannot both be true. Either there are early adopters producing those numbers, or there are no live customers yet. The page tries to run both at once. The stats look like placeholder copy that someone forgot to remove, or numbers that were made up to pattern-match what a legitimate SaaS landing page looks like. I stared at this for about 90 seconds trying to figure out how to reconcile it. I could not.

## What I distrusted

The stats are the obvious one. But also "AI-Powered Fixes" is doing a lot of nothing. Every tool I've used in the last 18 months has had "AI-powered" on it. What is the fix? Is it "increase your subject line variation"? Is it "pause sequence 3 because reply rate dropped 40%"? Telling me it surfaces "the top three improvements per account" tells me zero about whether those improvements are obvious things I already know or something I'd actually act on.

Also: "Auto-populates in 5 minutes." That's a bold claim for anything touching Sales Connector data that I want to trust. I've done enough client onboarding to know that "5 minutes" usually means 5 minutes if nothing goes wrong, which it always does.

The Year-1 Fermi estimate of negative $13,590 and "1 in 5 meaningful success odds" is weirdly honest. I actually respect it a little. But it also tells me the people who built this think this is a long shot, which is not a great pitch for the thing they're pitching.

## What would convince me

I want one real reseller, by name or company type (e.g. "a 12-client SC reseller in SaaS"), with a specific before-and-after. Not percentages with no denominator. Something like: "We had 4 clients flagged as churn risk in Q1. Three of them renewed after we shared the health dashboard. Here's what they saw." That's a story I can evaluate. Percentages from an empty dataset are not.

I also want to see the actual dashboard UI. Not a mockup. A screen recording of me clicking into a real account and seeing what the client sees. That would move me faster than anything else on this page.

## What I'd ask in an email reply

1. The "Results From Early Adopters" section and the "no live customers yet" disclosure are saying opposite things. Which is accurate, and where did those numbers come from?

2. When you say the portal "auto-populates in 5 minutes," what does that actually require on my end during client setup? Do I need to give it API access to my SC account, or does it pull from my reseller dashboard automatically?

3. At $49/month per client, I'm adding $980/month in overhead if I roll this out to all 20 accounts. What's the assumption behind the "2.5x Average Revenue Per User" figure, and is that from SC resellers specifically or from analogous products?

## Verdict: on-the-fence

The churn-flagging angle is real and I'd pay for it if it actually worked. But the contradictory stats killed my trust faster than anything else on the page, and I can't get past that without a straight answer.
