## How I got here

Searched "Sales Connector client reporting automation" after losing two clients last quarter who both said some version of "we're not seeing results." Found a Reddit thread mentioning the SC ecosystem, someone linked this. I had 11 minutes before a call.

## What I clicked first

The hero line "Auto-generated campaign performance videos delivered every Monday" landed immediately. That's the exact pain. My AMs spend 3-4 hours every Friday doing manual Loom recaps that clients barely open. If this offloads that, I'm listening.

## Where I paused

The FAQ answer about zero-data weeks: "The video still generates. It highlights onboarding milestones, congratulates them on launching, or suggests next steps. We never send a silent or empty video. Every week feels like progress."

That's actually smart thinking and the kind of edge case I'd ask about in a sales call. They thought about it. That gave me a little confidence bump.

## What I distrusted

Two things that I cannot get past.

First: "Join 200+ Sales Connector resellers using SC Campaign Briefing." Then, buried at the bottom in the "how honest is this" section: "we don't have live customers on this idea yet." Those two statements cannot both be true and they're on the same page. That's not a minor inconsistency, that's a lie in the hero section. I went back and re-read the top. "Join 200+ resellers." No. You just told me you have zero customers. I don't know what I'm supposed to do with that.

Second: "Clients who see their results weekly renew at 40% higher rates." Source? This gets listed under "Proven Churn Prevention" in the features section. But there are no customers. Where does 40% come from? And the "94% average completion rate" -- completion rate from what cohort?

Also the ICP section at the bottom says "Nonprofit ops leads with annual budget $500K to $10M." This whole page is about Sales Connector resellers, which is a B2B outbound tool. Nothing about this product touches nonprofits. That section felt copy-pasted from a different product entirely, which makes me wonder how careful this studio is being with what I'm actually reading.

## What would convince me

A single honest reseller on camera or quoted by full name saying "I have X clients, I used to send manual recaps, here's what changed." Not a testimonial blurb, a named person I could look up on LinkedIn. Even one.

Alternatively: show me an actual video output, not a demo of the builder. Show me the thing a real client would receive. I want to see whether it looks native to my brand or if it screams "third-party SaaS." That's the whole product. I shouldn't have to book a demo to see the actual deliverable.

## What I'd ask in an email reply

1. The bottom of the page says you have no live customers yet. The top says "join 200+ resellers." Which is it, and if it's zero, what are the 40% retention lift and 94% completion stats based on?

2. Can you send me a sample video output without me signing up? I don't want to trial something I can't evaluate visually in advance.

3. The ICP section mentions nonprofit ops leads with half-million-dollar budgets. My clients are SaaS companies and staffing agencies. Is this actually built for SC resellers or was that section copied from a different product pitch?

## Verdict: on-the-fence

The core idea solves a real problem I have and $19/month is low enough that I'd probably absorb it. But the "200+ resellers" claim followed immediately by "no live customers yet" is the kind of thing that makes me not trust anything else on the page, including the stats that would have sold me.
