# Marcus Delray, Principal at Lattice Digital — read of Nurture AI, May 6 2026

## How I got here
Someone dropped this link in the Agency Growth Collective Slack on Tuesday with zero context, just "anyone else seen this?" No endorsement, no criticism. That kind of non-committal share actually makes me click faster than a glowing rec, because it usually means someone's genuinely processing it. I wasn't shopping. I came in cold.

## What I clicked first
The sub-headline stopped me: "Built for service businesses and freelancers who want to stop chasing leads and start nurturing them." That's tighter positioning than I usually see. Most tools in this space sell to everyone from solo coaches to enterprise sales floors. The chase-vs-nurture framing is real if you've worked in services. The main hero line, "Follow Up Like a Pro. Scale Like a Machine," I read and moved past immediately. That's eleven other tools' tagline.

## Where I paused
The stat block. Specifically this one: "$3.1M Revenue attributed by customers in 2026." I stopped on the word "attributed." Attributed how? Self-reported survey? In-platform revenue tracking? If you have 2,000+ teams and $3.1M attributed, that's roughly $1,500 per customer. That math makes the number feel modest, not impressive. I don't think they ran this arithmetic before publishing it. The 47% reply rate improvement is also floating free with no denominator. Forty-seven percent better than what baseline? Cold outreach? Warm referrals? Those are completely different starting points.

## What I distrusted
The section header says "Real Results From Real Customers" and then there are no customers in it. Three numbers and nothing else. No name, no company, no quote, no face. That section header is actively working against them. If you can't name a customer, don't call it "real results from real customers." Call it "platform benchmarks" or something. Also the footer says "Built by Wishdeal Studio." So this is a studio product. That changes my read on roadmap continuity and support. Is there a dedicated product person on this or is it one of eight things the studio is maintaining?

## What would convince me
One case study from an agency that looks like mine: five to fifteen people, doing outbound for B2B clients, running this for at least four months. Not a pull quote. A real walkthrough: what their sequences looked like, what reply rates were before, what they are now, and what broke during setup. The "before" is the part that always gets omitted and it's the only part that makes the "after" believable. I'd also want to see the actual Pipedrive sync in a screen recording because "seamless two-way sync" is what every tool says and then you spend an afternoon in Zapier anyway.

## What I'd ask in an email reply
1. The $3.1M attributed figure: is that self-reported by customers in a survey, or is there some in-platform revenue tracking I'm not seeing? I want to know what "attributed" actually means here.
2. What does the two-way CRM sync concretely do? If I move a deal to "Proposal Sent" in Pipedrive, what happens inside Nurture AI, and in what direction does data actually flow?
3. Who owns the product roadmap? The Wishdeal Studio footer has me wondering if there's a dedicated team on this or if it's a side product being maintained alongside other client work.

## Verdict: on-the-fence
The positioning is sharper than most tools I've seen in this space, and the pricing page is actually honest, which is rare. But "real results from real customers" with zero visible customers is a trust problem I can't get past on a first read.
