# Jeff Bremer, Owner at Bremer IT Solutions — read of MSP AI, May 8 2026

> 14 years running a 16-tech shop in Columbus. We're on ConnectWise, IT Glue, and BrightGauge. I coach my son's U13 soccer team Saturdays, which means Friday afternoon is sacred to me if I can get it.

## How I got here

Searched "automate PSA monthly reports" on a Tuesday afternoon after I watched my ops coordinator spend three hours pulling data for a mid-tier client report that the client maybe skimmed for 45 seconds. Google served this up second result. I clicked. No referral, no ad, no hype chain. Just a problem I was tired of.

## What I clicked first

"Someone is pulling data Sunday night, every month, for every client." That one landed. That is word-for-word what happens at my shop. I did not skim past it. Then the "8min to generate a full monthly client report" stat underneath the hero made me scroll instead of close the tab. Those two things together are why I kept reading.

## Where I paused

The problem section copy is genuinely good: "You cannot process-engineer your way out of a volume problem." I've been told to tighten workflows by two different consultants. They were both wrong in exactly the way this line describes. Whoever wrote that has worked at or closely with an MSP. It doesn't feel like research. It feels like someone who lived it.

## What I distrusted

The testimonials. "Marcus T., Owner, 12-tech MSP, Phoenix AZ." No last name. No company name. A five-star rating with zero friction in the quote. Brian K. gives me a specific SLA number, which helps, but I cannot look Brian up. I cannot find his MSP. I cannot verify that 4.1% to 0.6% actually happened. After 14 years I've seen this pattern enough times that it makes me slow down rather than speed up.

Also: "73% of tickets triaged in under 3 minutes" and "98.4% SLA compliance rate on active accounts" sit at the top of the page with zero sourcing. Are these customer averages across all accounts? Is it a cherry-picked cohort? Is it one shop with clean tickets? The number feels precise enough to trust but there's nothing behind it.

"Matches your firm's tone" in the client communication section. How. What does that actually mean. My firm's tone is specific. We're direct, we don't say "per my last email," we don't sign off with "warm regards." Did someone train this on my prior ticket notes? Does it ask me at setup? The page doesn't say and that omission matters more than any feature emoji.

## What would convince me

One named MSP, with a company name I can Google, talking about the report generator specifically. Not a testimonial blurb. A one-page write-up: what they were doing before, what they're doing now, what the output actually looks like. If I can find the company on LinkedIn and the ops lead checks out, I'm in a totally different headspace.

Or: show me a sample report PDF. Not a screenshot of a dashboard. The actual client-facing report output, with fake client data, that I can evaluate on its own. That's the product I'm buying, more than the triage logic.

## What I'd ask in an email reply

1. The testimonial from Brian K. in Dallas about SLA breach rate dropping from 4.1% to 0.6% — can he get on a 15-minute call with me? Not a sales call, just two MSP owners talking. If yes, I'm very close to trialing.

2. How does the "matches your firm's tone" feature actually work at setup? Is there a configuration step, a writing sample, or does it pull from historical ticket notes?

3. Kaseya BMS is listed as coming Q3 — which Q3? I'm not on it, but I want to know if the roadmap is current or if this page hasn't been updated in a year.

## Verdict: on-the-fence

The problem framing is the best I've seen on a product like this, and the pricing structure makes sense for how MSPs actually think. But the testimonials have no last names and the top-line stats have no sourcing, and those two things together are enough that I won't start a trial without one more data point.
