# Marcus Thibodeau, Head of Client Operations at Redline Outreach — read of Inboxer Analytics, June 15 2026

> 8 years in B2B sales ops, last 3 running a 12-person agency built entirely on Sales Connector. I coach U10 soccer on Saturday mornings and I'm terminally behind on Slack notifications.

## How I got here

One of the resellers in our SC mastermind Slack shared this link with the message "anyone seen this?" I clicked it because I've been manually building rep performance reports in Airtable every Monday morning and it's eating two hours I don't have. Not actively shopping, but the pain is real enough that I'll spend four minutes on a landing page.

## What I clicked first

The headline "Rep performance visibility for Sales Connector agencies" is the most specific thing I've read in a product pitch in months. That's my exact problem, word for word. I almost emailed right there. Almost.

Then I read "inboxer throughput" used as if it's a standard metric I'd know, and I paused. That phrase appears twice. I don't know what it means. "Inbox fill rate" I can guess at. "Inboxer throughput" sounds like someone typed a product name into a sentence and forgot to edit it.

## Where I paused

The pricing section. "Inboxer is included for all SC white-label partners at no additional cost." Okay, so this is free to me? Then I scroll down and there's a $5 dossier, a $99 "working code starter," and something called an "Operator partnership." And then: "Honest disclosure: we don't have live customers on this idea yet."

I had to re-read this three times. I still don't fully understand if I'm looking at a product I can turn on, or a pitch deck I can buy the right to build myself. That confusion is fatal for a page targeting ops people. We need to know exactly what we're buying on the first read.

## What I distrusted

"153 SC resellers. Trusted by your entire agency network to manage rep performance." That number is doing a lot of work for a product that has no live customers. Are 153 resellers using Inboxer, or is 153 just how many SC resellers exist? Because the honest disclosure on the same page says nobody's using it yet.

Also: "Suggested actions appear right in the dashboard." What actions? "Post more"? "Reply faster"? This is the most important feature on the page and it gets one sentence with zero specifics. That tells me either the feature doesn't exist yet or the person writing this doesn't know what it does.

The Fermi math showing Year-1 take-home of negative $7,830 and financial upside of 1/10 is genuinely unusual to publish. I respect the transparency. But those numbers also tell me this isn't a business, it's a side project looking for a builder. That's fine, but say that up top.

## What would convince me

I want to see a Loom of the actual dashboard. Not a mockup. Not a screenshot with fake data. A real SC account pulling real campaign data into real rep cards. Thirty seconds of that would tell me more than every word on this page.

Alternatively: one other agency director I recognize saying "I cut my Monday report time by X." Not a testimonial with a headshot and a company logo. A name I can Google.

## What I'd ask in an email reply

1. The page says "no live customers on this idea yet" but also says "trusted by 153 SC resellers." Which is it, and when did the first agency actually go live on this?

2. What specifically are the "suggested actions" the coaching module surfaces? Can you give me two real examples of a flag it throws and what action it recommends?

3. If I'm a white-label SC partner and this is "included at no additional cost," what am I actually unlocking with the $99 build package? Is the dashboard already running for me, or do I have to deploy it myself?

## Verdict: on-the-fence

The problem is real and the niche is specific enough that I'd normally reply immediately. But I genuinely cannot tell if this is a product I can use this week or a business-in-a-box I'd have to build myself, and a page that can't answer that in 60 seconds has a copy problem that probably reflects a clarity problem upstream.
