# Fleet AI -- 90-Second Demo Script

**Product:** Fleet AI
**Target audience:** Service business owners managing 3-20 field technicians (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping)
**Tone:** Direct, grounded, zero hype -- talk to a working owner, not a tech buyer
**Format:** Screen-recorded product walkthrough with voiceover narration
**Runtime target:** 90 seconds (approx. 230 words at natural pace)

---

## SCENE 1 -- THE PROBLEM (0:00 to 0:15)

**[VISUAL]** Split screen: owner on a landline, whiteboard covered in job numbers behind them, a group text thread visible on a second phone in their other hand.

**NARRATION (VO):**

"It is 7:45 in the morning. Six jobs on the board. Two techs who called out. A customer on hold asking where their guy is. And you are still running dispatch from a whiteboard and a group text."

*[One beat of silence. Let it land.]*

---

## SCENE 2 -- THE PRODUCT (0:15 to 1:05)

**[VISUAL]** Fleet AI dashboard opens. Live job board with color-coded technician status. Two jobs shown with a red "Unassigned" flag.

**NARRATION (VO):**

"Fleet AI connects your jobs, your techs, and your territory into one live board. When someone calls out, it instantly shows you who is available, what jobs they can cover by location, and drafts the reassignment text for you -- you just hit send."

**[VISUAL]** A job card slides from "Tech: Marcus (out)" to "Tech: Devon (available, 4.1 mi away)". A pre-written SMS preview appears on the right.

"Customer asking for an ETA? Fleet AI reads your tech's current GPS position and writes the message for you. One tap and it goes out."

**[VISUAL]** A map view. Five technicians shown as pins. Numbered route lines draw themselves out across a city grid.

"At the start of every day, Fleet AI sequences your open jobs into the shortest drive routes across your whole crew. No more Googling directions one stop at a time."

**[VISUAL]** A simple weekly report card: "Tuesday: 14 jobs completed. Avg drive time reduced 31 min per tech."

"And at the end of the week, you see exactly how much windshield time you saved."

---

## SCENE 3 -- THE CLOSE (1:05 to 1:30)

**[VISUAL]** Clean pricing card: one plan, flat monthly rate, 14-day free trial badge. Then the Fleet AI logo + URL.

**NARRATION (VO):**

"Setup takes 20 minutes. Connect your job board, add your techs, and Fleet AI learns your territory in the first week."

"Service businesses running Fleet AI cut dispatch time by more than half in the first month."

"Start free for 14 days. No credit card. No contract. Just less time on the phone before 8 in the morning."

**[VISUAL]** Final frame: Fleet AI logo, tagline -- "Dispatch without the chaos." -- and the product URL.

## PRODUCTION NOTES

### Timing
- Scene 1: 15 sec
- Scene 2: 50 sec (the product earns the most time)
- Scene 3: 25 sec
- Total word count: approx. 228 words at 2.5 words/sec = 91 seconds

### Screen Recording
- Use the Fleet AI dashboard UI as the primary visual throughout Scene 2
- If a live demo is not ready, a high-fidelity Figma mockup works -- just keep the interactions realistic (no fake loading spinners, no data that would never appear in production)
- Avoid stock footage of people looking stressed -- the problem lands harder in words, not imagery

### Voice
- Record in a single take if possible; natural breath pauses between scenes add credibility
- Speak at a pace an owner on a job site could follow -- not pitchy, not rushed
- No upward inflection at the end of declarative sentences

### Music
- Optional: light background track, kept at 15% volume or below
- No motivational cinematic swell -- this product is practical, not aspirational

### Distribution
- Native upload to LinkedIn (best organic reach for SMB owners)
- Embed in the Fleet AI landing page hero section (above the fold, autoplay muted)
- Include as an attachment in email-drip sequence, email 2 ("quick look at how it works")

## OBJECTION HANDLING (for follow-up FAQ video, 60 sec)

If a second short video is recorded, lead with these objections in order of frequency:

1. "My crew does not use apps." -- Fleet AI is dispatcher-facing, not tech-facing. Techs get a text, same as always.
2. "We already use a job board." -- Fleet AI reads from your existing board; it does not replace it.
3. "What if the GPS is wrong?" -- ETA drafts are suggestions. Owner reviews before sending. One tap, still.
