# Event AI -- 90-Second Demo Script

**Format:** Screen recording with voiceover, no face cam required
**Target length:** 85-95 seconds
**Voice:** Warm, confident, slightly brisk -- conveys the speed of the tool
**Audience:** Independent event coordinators and small agencies managing 4-20 events per month

---

## HOOK (0:00 - 0:12) -- The Problem

[Open on: a coordinator's desktop. Inbox shows 53 unread messages. A spreadsheet titled "Corporate Gala Run-of-Show FINAL v9" is open, half-finished.]

**VO:** "Every event coordinator knows this moment. It is T-minus 72 hours and you are still writing the run-of-show, chasing vendor confirmations, and building the same timeline you built three weeks ago for a different client."

---

## COST (0:12 - 0:28) -- Why It Matters

[Cut to: a weekly calendar. Four events stacked. Each labeled DRAFT in red.]

**VO:** "The average event package -- run-of-show, vendor checklist, client briefing -- takes six to eight hours to build from scratch. Multiply that by your event load and you are spending two full workdays every week on documents, not on clients."

---

## DEMO (0:28 - 1:05) -- Product in Action

[Screen share: Event AI interface. Clean input form, white background, no clutter.]

**VO:** "Here is Event AI. I type in the basics."

[Type into the form:]
> Corporate awards dinner -- 200 guests -- ballroom -- 7 PM start -- AV confirmed -- caterer TBD -- black tie

**VO:** "Hit Generate."

[Progress indicator fills over 4 seconds. Four document panels appear side by side.]

**VO:** "In under 60 seconds, Event AI produces the full package. A minute-by-minute run-of-show. A vendor contact sheet with follow-up prompts for every unconfirmed supplier. A client-ready briefing PDF formatted the way clients actually expect. And a contingency list -- the 'what ifs' -- built for this specific event type."

[Scroll slowly through each document. Pause on the contingency list.]

**VO:** "Everything is editable. You own the output. Export to PDF or Google Docs in one click."

---

## CLOSE (1:05 - 1:25) -- Call to Action

[Cut to: Event AI pricing page. The free tier is highlighted.]

**VO:** "Event AI is built for coordinators and small agencies who manage more events than they can realistically document by hand. You get three full event packages free -- no credit card, no time limit on the trial."

[Cursor moves to the Start Free button and clicks.]

**VO:** "If it saves you two hours on your next event, it pays for itself in month one. Try Event AI free. Your next run-of-show is 60 seconds away."
