# Clinic AI -- 90-Second Demo Script

**Target audience:** Office managers, practice administrators, and clinic operators at independent medical, dental, and physical therapy practices with 2-10 providers.

**Format:** Screen recording with voiceover, 90 seconds total. Structure: problem -> product -> close.

---

## Scene 1: The Problem (0:00 - 0:22)

**[SCREEN: A front-desk calendar view -- three empty morning slots marked with red X icons, a sticky note reading "called, no answer"]**

VOICEOVER:

"Your front desk spends two hours every morning chasing confirmations. Patients who booked four weeks ago have forgotten the day. Some cancel at the last minute. Some just don't show. A single no-show at $180 a slot is a small loss. Fifteen of them a week is a staffing problem you're quietly absorbing."

---

## Scene 2: The Introduction (0:22 - 0:45)

**[SCREEN: Clean Clinic AI dashboard -- appointment list with green, yellow, and red confirmation badges]**

VOICEOVER:

"Clinic AI is the confirmation layer your scheduling software was never designed to handle. It connects to your existing calendar -- Jane, SimplePractice, Google Calendar -- and runs the entire reminder loop without touching your workflow.

Two days before each visit, Clinic AI sends a personalized text or email. The patient confirms in one tap. If they need to reschedule, they pick a new slot on their own. No call. No callback tag. No hold music."

---

## Scene 3: The Product in Action (0:45 - 1:12)

**[SCREEN: Mobile phone notification -- 'Your appointment with Dr. Reyes is this Tuesday at 10 AM. Tap YES to confirm or choose a new time.' Two buttons below it.]**

VOICEOVER:

"Here is what the patient sees: one message, two choices. Most confirm in under five seconds. When a patient reschedules, Clinic AI automatically offers the open slot to the next person on your cancellation waitlist -- so that Tuesday 10 AM does not go dark.

Your dashboard shows every confirmation badge in real time. Anything unconfirmed inside 24 hours gets a second nudge. You set the rules once."

**[SCREEN: Dashboard summary card -- 'Waitlist fills this week: 4 appointments, $720 recovered']**

VOICEOVER:

"Practices using Clinic AI recover four to six slots a week from the waitlist alone. At your average visit rate, that is $600 to $1,000 a week that used to evaporate."

---

## Scene 4: The Close (1:12 - 1:30)

**[SCREEN: Simple three-step onboarding checklist -- 'Connect calendar, upload patient list, set reminder timing.' A checkmark lands on each in sequence.]**

VOICEOVER:

"Setup takes fifteen minutes. No IT project. No new hardware. No retraining your staff.

Clinic AI starts running confirmations the same afternoon you sign up.

## Director Notes for Recording

- **Revenue hook first.** Clinic managers respond to dollars per slot, not productivity percentages. The $720 recovered figure should feel specific and believable, not inflated.
- **Voiceover tone:** Matter-of-fact, not enthusiastic. Speak as if talking to a colleague, not pitching a prospect. Clinic administrators are skeptical of software sales energy.
- **Screen assets can be high-fidelity mockups.** The dashboard does not need live data. Use realistic patient names and plausible timestamps to make it feel operational.
- **No medical jargon.** "Visit" and "appointment" only -- not "encounter" or "consultation." Keep it front-desk vocabulary.
- **Music:** Calm, no percussion, tempo under 85 BPM. Fade out during the close section.
- **Spoken word target:** 290-310 words at a relaxed conversational pace = approximately 90 seconds.

## ICP Quick Reference

- **Primary buyer:** Office manager or practice administrator at a 2-8 provider clinic
- **Industry fit:** Independent medical practices, dental offices, physical therapy clinics, chiropractic, behavioral health
- **Core pain:** No-shows cost $150-250 each; confirmation calls consume 90-120 minutes of staff time daily
- **Objection 1:** 'Our EHR already sends reminders.' Counter: Does it auto-fill the open slot from a waitlist when someone cancels? That is the gap.
- **Objection 2:** 'Our patient population is older -- they don't text.' Counter: Clinic AI supports email and phone-call fallback. You configure the channel mix per patient.
- **Objection 3:** 'We can't share patient data with a third party.' Counter: Clinic AI processes appointment metadata only -- no PHI required. HIPAA BAA available on request.
- **Decision driver:** Show the weekly dollar recovery number before discussing features. Budget approval becomes a simple ROI conversation once the math is visible.
