## What would convince me

One video walkthrough where a real director shows what the AI-generated incident report actually looks like, ideally compared to what her staff used to write. Not a product demo with a salesperson, a director who talks like she's been doing this for ten years. Also a specific list of which states the incident report templates cover and when they were last audited for compliance. That's not a nice-to-have for me, that's load-bearing.

## What I'd ask in an email reply

1. Ohio ODJFS updated incident documentation requirements in January 2026. Does your incident report generator reflect the new required fields for centers licensed under Rule 5101:2-12-13? Who updates the templates and how quickly after a state changes requirements?

2. Can you show me an actual sample output of a daily report that came out of the app? Not a screenshot of the app, the actual report that goes to a parent. I want to know if it sounds like a person or like a robot.

3. If I start a trial and decide to cancel, what happens to my child records? Do I get an export, and in what format?

## Verdict: on-the-fence

The pricing transparency and no-card trial almost pushed me to curious-enough-to-reply, and the incident report feature is addressing a real specific pain I have right now. But the "97% satisfaction" stat and the unverifiable testimonials make me feel like this was built by a marketing team that has never met a licensing inspector. I'd probably start a trial quietly without telling my staff, which is the thing I do when I'm not ready to commit.
