For a branding project versus a web build versus a copywriting retainer the defaults could be wildly different and wrong in ways my client would not catch but I would catch later. Third, there is one testimonial. One. It is a good one, but I have no names, no studio, no face. I could not verify it. The page ends without giving me a second data point from a human.

## What would convince me

I want to see one brief that went wrong, not one that went perfectly. A case where the intake flagged something ambiguous, the freelancer caught it, they revised the form, and the client signed off on something specific instead of vague. Show me the revision step working in real conditions. That would tell me the AI is flagging real issues and not just autocompleting what sounds reasonable. Also: I would want to know what "industry-standard defaults" actually look like for a branding project. Give me a toggle or a preview. "The AI will assume 2 revision rounds are included unless your intake says otherwise" -- something like that. Show me the defaults so I can decide if they reflect how I actually work.

## What I'd ask in an email reply

1. When the AI fills a gap with a default, does my client see it marked as a default or does it just appear in the brief like I wrote it? Because if they sign something they think I specified but it was actually autofilled, that is a problem I did not have before.
2. The intake form -- can I see what the questions actually look like for a web design project? I want to know if my clients would find them confusing or condescending before I send the link to someone who already does not want to fill out a form.
3. What happens when a client ghosts the review link? Is there a nudge sequence, or is it just sitting there and I have to chase them myself?

## Verdict: curious-enough-to-reply

The Horizon Wellness sample brief is legitimately good and the problem framing is unusually accurate for a tool in this space. I would try the free tier, but I need about 10 minutes with an actual intake form before I'd put it in front of a client.
