# Auto AI -- 90-Second Demo Script

**Video title:** Auto AI | See How It Works
**Runtime target:** 88-92 seconds
**ICP viewer:** Independent auto shop owner or service manager (1-6 bays)
**Brand voice:** Precise, systematic, frictionless. No hype, no filler.
**Visual palette:** Carbon black backgrounds, voltage blue UI highlights, cool zinc text.

## [0:00 -- 0:14] THE PROBLEM

**[Visual: Shop floor. Three bays occupied. Phone rings on the desk -- nobody picks up. Service advisor scribbling on a clipboard. Stack of pink RO slips.]**

**Narrator (V.O.):**
"Your bays are full. Your techs are heads-down. And somewhere in that pile of paper, a customer is waiting on an estimate you haven't sent yet."

**[Visual: Customer in waiting room checking their phone. Impatient look.]**

"You are losing work -- not because the shop can't handle it, but because the admin behind every job takes longer than the job itself."

---

## [0:14 -- 0:58] THE PRODUCT

**[Visual: Clean Auto AI dashboard opens on a large monitor mounted behind the service counter. Dark UI, voltage blue accents, every active RO visible at a glance.]**

**Narrator (V.O.):**
"Auto AI runs the back office so you can run the shop."

**[Visual: Customer books an appointment on their phone. Auto AI dashboard updates in real time -- vehicle history, past visits, open recall flag all pre-loaded.]**

"When a customer books, Auto AI pulls their vehicle record, flags any open recalls, and stages the job before your advisor ever says hello. You walk in already knowing the car."

**[Visual: Tech on the floor, tablet in hand. Digital inspection checklist pre-loaded by job type. Each line item tapped as complete. Photo attached to a flagged item.]**

"Your techs get digital checklists pre-built for every job type. Every inspection point is logged, photographed, and timestamped. No paper. No lost notes. No he-said-she-said."

**[Visual: Estimate generated in seconds. Line items populated from labor guide. SMS notification sent to customer. Customer taps Approve on their phone.]**

"When additional work is found, Auto AI writes the estimate using your labor guide, texts the customer for approval, and records their authorization. Parts can be ordered automatically from your preferred supplier."

**[Visual: Invoice closes. Payment collected via card-on-file. 30-day follow-up SMS scheduled automatically. Shop owner's inbox shows zero pending items.]**

"Invoice, payment, and the 30-day follow-up text -- all handled. Your customer feels looked after. You did not touch a single one of those steps."

---

## [0:58 -- 1:22] THE CLOSE

**[Visual: Shop owner at his desk. Laptop open to Auto AI. Dashboard shows 4 approved estimates, 11 completed ROs today, $0 outstanding invoices. He closes the laptop.]**

**Narrator (V.O.):**
"Auto AI connects to most major DMS platforms or runs standalone. Setup takes one afternoon. Most shops complete two to three more ROs per week in the first month -- without adding staff."

**[Visual: Auto AI wordmark on dark background. URL fades in: autoai.wishdeal.com (placeholder). Two buttons: Start Free Trial / Book a Demo.]**

"Try it free for 14 days. No contract. No setup fee. Your next customer is already on their way."

## Production Notes

- **Voice direction:** Calm, measured, confident. Pace is deliberate -- not rushed. Slight pause before each section transition.
- **Music:** Low-register ambient. Not cinematic. Something that sounds like a clean workspace, not a car commercial.
- **Screen recordings:** Use actual Auto AI UI mockups at 1920x1080. Animate cursor movements between fields -- do not cut abruptly.
- **B-roll:** Authentic shop footage preferred over stock. If stock is used, avoid the cliche "mechanic smiling at camera" shots. Prioritize: bays with cars in them, hands on tools, tablet screens, real customer interactions.
- **Subtitles:** Always on by default. Many viewers watch muted.
- **CTA overlay:** Appears at 0:58, stays through end of video.

## Word Count
90-second read at 130 words per minute = ~195 words. Narrator copy above runs approximately 198 words. Trim from the product section if voice talent reads faster.

## Alternate Opening Hook (A/B test option)
Swap the first 14 seconds with:

**[Visual: Extreme close-up of a phone ringing on a cluttered desk.]**
**Narrator:** "That call you just missed? That was a $400 brake job walking across the street to your competitor."

Harder hook, higher drop-off risk. Test against the default before committing.
