## What I clicked first

The hero: "See Everything Your Clients Are Doing." That's a real sentence. I've had clients go dark, clients who ghost their own projects, clients who approve a scope and then quietly start working with another dev. So that line hits something. I wanted to keep reading.

Then I saw "63/100 Adoptability" and "$-15,283 Year-1 take-home (Fermi)" and I stopped cold. A product page that opens with negative projected income is either the most honest thing I've ever read or a very weird way to sell something.

## Where I paused

The line: "Honest disclosure: we don't have live customers on this idea yet. We shipped the strategy package; you ship the customer conversations."

I read that three times. I still don't know whether to respect it or be alarmed by it. They're literally telling me: we built the pitch deck, you build the company. That's either radical transparency or an elegant reframe of "we're selling you a PDF." I genuinely could not tell which.

The scoring axes are where I spent the most time. "buyer clarity: 10/10" paired with "pain intensity: 4/10" is an interesting tension. You know exactly who would buy it, but the pain isn't acute enough for them to open their wallet fast. That math worries me more than any marketing copy would.

## What I distrusted

"1 in 6 Meaningful-success odds (Fermi)" sounds precise and honest, but I have no idea what "meaningful success" means here. Meaningful for who? $5k MRR? $50k? Break-even on the $99 I spent adopting the idea? The number feels credible in tone but is doing no real work.

Also, "See Everything Your Clients Are Doing" is a genuinely compelling line, but I still don't know what the product actually does. Is it a client portal? Time tracking? Screen monitoring? Some kind of activity feed? The hero teases it with a before/after UI screenshot but I can't read it from the stripped text. If the visual isn't immediately clear, the line becomes a nice headline on an empty box.

The "Try it Live" and "Start Free Trial" buttons pointing at something I can't access in this view -- I don't know if AgencyCommand as a working product exists at all or if I'm buying a blueprint for a product that doesn't exist yet. That gap is doing real damage to trust.

## What would convince me

Show me a founder who ran the agency side of this for 90 days and tell me specifically what broke. Not a success story, not a polished case study -- a "we shipped it to three agencies, here's what they said, here's what they didn't use, here's what made one of them pay month two." One real iteration cycle would be worth more than the Fermi math.

Also: I need to see what the actual software does. Not a list of features. A 2-minute Loom of someone using it. Real data, messy interface, one annoying thing they're still fixing. That would close most of my skepticism in under three minutes.

## What I'd ask in an email reply

1. The "pain intensity: 4/10" score is your own assessment. If you think the pain isn't intense, what's the theory on why someone builds this anyway? What's the wedge that gets agencies to switch from however they're currently doing this?

2. When you say "See Everything Your Clients Are Doing" -- is there a working prototype I can click through, or is the product itself part of what I'd be building after I pay $99?

3. You scored buyer clarity 10/10. Who specifically is the buyer -- agency owners, account managers, PMs? And have you talked to any of them about this idea, even informally?

## Verdict: on-the-fence

The honesty is real and I noticed it, which is rare enough that I'm not clicking away. But I'm being asked to pay for a strategy for a product the authors themselves score 4/10 on pain intensity and project to cost me $15k in year one. I'd want one real human conversation before anything else.
